About the event
Return to Balance is a sound bath experience designed to gently support harmony in the body, mind, and nervous system. Through soothing tones, resonant frequencies, and intentional space-holding, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation—inviting steadiness, softness, and energetic alignment.
As sound moves through the body, you’re encouraged to slow down, release excess tension, and reconnect with a natural sense of balance and flow. This immersive experience offers space to rest, reset, and return feeling more grounded, centered, and at ease.
